Goodyear and Short Track

The largest segment for race tires is in short track racing. More than 1,100 short tracks, both paved and dirt, dot maps of the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Goodyear has those maps covered with its Eagle tires.

The world of short track racing has a diversified population where there is a constantly changing list of tire applications. Each track has a variety of racing series that race every week. They go from entry level racing to fairly sophisticated machines, with different challenges for their tires.

Goodyear supports the dirt track racing industry with tires that help drivers win races. Whether it’s a local Saturday night race card or a touring series, Goodyear’s development team continues to produce tires that are at the forefront of technological advancement.

Goodyear continues as the exclusive tire provider for FASTRAK, the nationally prominent sanctioning body that has provided late model dirt racers with an opportunity to race at their local tracks, on regional tours and in competition for a national championship. Goodyear has produced tires that help the drivers’ budgets.
